THE BFG REVIEW

Director: Steven Spielberg
Writers: Melissa Mathison (screenplay),    Roald Dahl (Book)
Stars: Mark Rylance, Ruby Burnhill

The BFG is a movie adaptation of the children's novel by Roald Dahl.
its about a little girl, who sees a giant and is taken by the giant to giant country, where they become friends.

WHAT'S GOOD:
Mark Rylance as the giant is absolutely amazing, he brings the giant to life.

Ruby Burnhill as the kid, Sophie is alson wonderful.

The CGI is one of the best of this time. Mark Rylance as the giant with CGI looks exactly like Mark Rylance.

WHAT'S BAD:
The movie is about the little girl befriending the Giant. but that is all there is in the movie. personally I felt that they could have made it a little more scary or something.

At times the movie does feel boring. I mean I felt at times like, "is something gonna happen?"

The movie might not be liked by the kids of this generation, it may be for the kids who actually read the book, who, lets face it are adulta now.

THE FINAL WORD:
Its not one of spielberg's best but its still a good family entertainer, go and watch it with your family.
